3bdt Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "3bdt", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 3bdt platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for the provision of the services described herein.
• "Platform" — means the 3bdt website accessible at 3bdt.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, sportsbook, casino lobby, account portal, and any mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform, through which the User accesses services, manages funds, and places bets or wagers.
• "Services" — means all products and services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering products.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — means any stake placed by a User on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, or any other event offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any promotional credits, free bet credits, welcome bonus amounts, or reward credits granted to a User by 3bdt under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" — means the portion of a User's account balance comprising funds deposited by the User via an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and source-of-funds checks, required by 3bdt before processing withdrawals or at any time 3bdt deems necessary.
• "BDT" / "৳" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which the Platform denominates all account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers for Users based in Bangladesh.

By accessing the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Services — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any specific rules, game rules, promotional terms, or bonus conditions published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of the promotion to which they relate, and these Terms and Conditions shall govern all other matters.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and Conditions, and that such person or entity also meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Use of the Platform is strictly restricted. To register and maintain an account on 3bdt, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform does not permit use by persons under 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register accounts on the Platform.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 3bdt or any affiliate, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where use of the Platform would breach any applicable local, national, or international law.
6. You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion or a cooling-off period on the 3bdt Platform.

Each eligible User may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts being permanently closed and any associated balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. If any information changes — including your mobile number, email address, or linked payment method — you must update your account details promptly by contacting the 3bdt support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. 3bdt will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 3bdt support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3bdt accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the selected payment method and the User's account verification status. 3bdt reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card that is registered in the name of the 3bdt account holder. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts registered in someone else's name — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

3bdt does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 3bdt accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to the User's account balance in real time in the majority of cases. In rare instances, deposits may be delayed due to technical issues with the payment provider. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, the User should contact support with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 3bdt account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 3bdt may request identity documents (national ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method before approving any withdrawal. Users are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays.

Withdrawal processing times are typically between 1 and 6 hours from the time the request is approved, subject to the operating hours and processing speeds of the User's chosen payment provider. 3bdt does not guarantee any specific processing time and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

3bdt reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request if: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal is subject to active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met; (c) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; or (d) a payment provider's rules or technical limitations prevent the transfer.

3bdt offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 3bdt promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and are not available for withdrawal until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds (and in some cases, the associated deposit) must be wagered on qualifying games or markets before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Certain games and bet types may contribute at reduced rates — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use by genuine players. 3bdt reserves the right to decline, revoke, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or use of strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus play (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").
• Each promotion is available once per eligible User, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• 3bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect any wagering already in progress under the terms of that promotion.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and to any game-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. It is the User's responsibility to familiarise themselves with applicable rules before placing any bet.

A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued to the User. In the event of a technical fault or communication error that prevents confirmation from being received, the bet shall be deemed void unless 3bdt can verify from its server logs that the bet was received and accepted prior to the fault occurring.

3bdt reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where: (a) the bet was placed on an event the outcome of which was already known at the time of placement; (b) there is credible evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity affecting the relevant event; (c) the odds offered were the result of a manifest error (palpable error) and were materially different from the true market odds; or (d) the bet breaches any applicable rule or restriction.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. The Platform may suspend live markets at any time — for example, during a wicket review in cricket or a VAR check in football — and bets will not be accepted during such suspension periods. 3bdt accepts no liability for any inability to place a bet during a market suspension.

Casino games, including live dealer tables and slots, use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer outcomes, as applicable. The theoretical return to player (RTP) figures for each game are available from the respective game provider. 3bdt does not guarantee that any individual User will achieve the published RTP in any session.

3bdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, fair, and transparent environment for all Users. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the User's account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure reminders that alert them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may apply a temporary restriction on their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, during which the account will be fully restricted and no marketing communications will be sent.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3bdt Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all winnings and balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies in combination with bonus funds in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, circumvent, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Placing bets on events in which you have direct involvement or access to non-public information.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3bdt staff or other Users.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, odds data, audio and visual materials, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of 3bdt or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: (a) copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without prior written consent; (b) using 3bdt's name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised; or (c) creating derivative works based on Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3bdt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) any losses arising from technical failures, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or communications interruptions; or (d) any losses arising from actions taken by 3bdt in enforcing these Terms, including account suspension or closure.

3bdt does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that it will meet any particular standard of performance. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

3bdt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

3bdt will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services — strictly to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our legal obligations.

You may close your 3bdt account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account after the deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to 3bdt will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited on account closure.

3bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a User has breached these Terms; (b) 3bdt is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement; (c) continued operation of the account presents a risk to 3bdt, to other Users, or to the integrity of the Platform; or (d) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and the balance is zero.

3bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, 3bdt will notify registered Users via the email address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Users — may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory, to the extent permitted by law.

3bdt operates the Platform for Users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their country or territory of residence. 3bdt makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside the markets it actively serves.
